Actor Barbie Ferreira had a vision for this collaboration. “The vibe was glitchy and surreal […] I wanted it to look like we were wearing the jeans in a cool spy movie.” So when the end result was a collection filled with geometric graphics, glitchy overlays, and early 00s retro-futurism we were not surprised in the least. What types of looks make you feel the most confident/yourself?
It really depends for me. I like something where I feel comfortable and like I can move in it- something that makes me feel powerful.

What’s the overall vibe of the collab?
The vibe was glitchy and surreal- something tattered but also shaped well. I wanted it to look like we were wearing the jeans in a cool spy movie.
What was your creative process?
My creative process really started off with me wanting patchwork jeans - I wanted it to remind me of a collage. Different images of different colors with a raw hem. I knew I wanted the fit to be baggy but still flattering at the top. Once I had the concept envisioned, it became a matter of what I wanted on them and what colors I love. I’ve been really into army green so that was an obvious choice and I love overdyed rugs as well so we incorporated the faded overdye to the final product.
Love the campaign imagery – what was the inspiration behind the way it was photographed and filmed?
I wanted it to feel fun and create a world. I love simple but I also love setting a tone for a collection with imagery and visuals. I wanted it to be both reminiscent of the 2000s and the future in a perfect melody.
